Allow linking journal entries to GitHub commits

I’d love a way to tie my daily journal entries directly to the commits or PRs I worked on that day. Right now, DevDiary shows commit activity in the dashboard, but there’s no way to attach them to a specific entry.

It would be super helpful if I could:

Select commits from today and attach them to the entry
See a list of commits within the journal view
Generate weekly summaries that highlight work done + reflections

This would make DevDiary’s journaling way more contextual and useful for reviewing what I accomplished over time.
