- It would be great to have customizable feedback statuses like Planned, In Progress, Released, instead of a fixed set.
- It would be useful to capture optional metadata like user role, company size, or plan type along with each feedback entry.
- A simple analytics view showing feedback trends over time (weekly/monthly) would add a lot of value.
